Dave Fazio, Chief Technology Officer at AspireHR, oversees the company’s Product and Sustain teams, focusing on developing state-of-the-art products and innovative solutions to service the HXM industry. Dave has over 20 years experience implementing new products, services, and organizational operating models enabling enterprises to optimize, grow and become more competitive.

Prior to AspireHR, Dave was a Senior Strategist for Amazon Web Services (AWS) helping Fortune 100 companies develop cloud transformation strategies, modernizing workforces to become more agile, competitive, and responsive across many industry verticals.

Before that, Dave worked internationally as a management consultant supporting large private equity investments and transitions in the energy industry. In 2004 Dave launched Dallas’ first ICANN accredited domain registrar, growing the internet startup to over sixty thousand customers and revenues of $5M in under four years. Earlier in his career, as Director at McKesson Corporation he was awarded for successfully delivering a mission-critical large-scale custom software development effort which processed over $3B in corporate revenues per year.

Dave received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University with Honors (Magna Cum Laude) with a focus in Information Technology. Dave also earned his Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Technology Management from the same institution.
