Jennifer Adams, VP of Solutions Architecture, assesses the technical aspects of our projects, contributing directly to the innovative solutions that define our success and the success of our clients. With over 30 years of experience in HR, Jennifer draws upon her unique blend of technical skills, passion for problem solving, and design thinking to create impactful solutions. She is a trusted advisor to a variety of business needs and is a mentor, contributing significantly to the professional growth of other team members.
Jennifer specializes in the areas of Time Management and US Payroll, both on-premise and Employee Central Payroll, as well as Payroll Control Center. She is also certified in SAP Time and Attendance Management by Workforce Software.
She brings a wealth of experience in Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Travel Management, and Compensation Management and how the various SuccessFactors modules integrate with each other. Additionally, Jenn has Project Management experience across all SuccessFactors modules in both public and private sector industries. She has been heavily involved with engagements in both the public and private sectors, completing 20+ life-cycle implementations, including expertise with global implementations, multiple verticals, labor contracts and labor distribution complexities for Payroll and Time Management.
Jennifer has been a frequent speaker at industry events, including the HR conferences 2010-2016, speaking on topics such as, “How to Globalize Your Time Management Implementation while Maintaining Local Flexibility” as well as participating as an expert and contributor for SAPinsider and solution presenter for Ask-the-Experts.
Her experience spans large-scale SAP ERP and SuccessFactors implementation and optimization, strategy, system and process design, advisory and project management, in large-scale global engagements.
Jennifer Adams, VP of Delivery at AspireHR, leads all aspects of the company’s delivery practice, including the design and execution of SAP SuccessFactors client implementations both nationally and globally. Jenn specializes in consulting clients on how to best apply SAP SuccessFactors solutions to solve mission critical business challenges.

Allison has held positions in various disciplines throughout her career in retail electricity, banking, IT consulting and human resources industries.
Her experience spans large-scale SAP ERP implementation and optimization, strategy, product design and management, margin and conversion optimization, process design, project management, operations management, and front and back-office business process outsourcing in large-scale global engagements.
Allison received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
